Windows 10: Blue windows shows up!!!!

Hi, I have a problem with this blue windows which appears out of nowhere without reason. I have buyed a licensed version of windows 10, but sometimes my notebook goes off because this blue window show up telling me, that my pc ran into a problem and needs to restart. Why is it happening? Can someone help me with it ?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
