    Getting random bluescreen 124

    Hello,

I have a problem with my laptop, sometimes it reboots itself and when I check the reliability history I see that it reports a bluscreen 124.

    Here's an example:

    Source

    Windows

    Date

    ‎3/‎28/‎2018 10:47 PM

    Problem signature

    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen

    Code: 124

    Parameter 1: 0

    Parameter 2: ffffe0011fb198f8

    Parameter 3: 0

    Parameter 4: 0

    OS Version: 10_0_16299

    Service Pack: 0_0

    Product: 768_1

    OS Version: 10.0.16299.2.0.0.768.101

    Locale ID: 1040

It doesn't happen when I'm doing something stressful for the hardware but when I'm surfing the net or looking through my folders. Any suggestions?

  4. Bluescreen, BUGCHECK_CODE: 124

    Bluescreen 124

On the basis of this dump. yes. But this is just one dump and BSOD is infrequent. If more BSODs happen and this code(124) gets repeated then then it will be 100% certainty.
