Windows 10: Bluescreen Code 117

I see this under reliability history, these two errors before a restart. Looking for troubleshooting steps to follow to diagnose what is wrong. i cant download my game from a disk. it keeps giving me an error code 117

The logs displayed BSOD and the use of WDV.
How come you did not open the threads in the BSOD forum?

The usual causes for bluescreen errors are Graphic card drivers and Network adapter drivers. We can go ahead and try to update the drivers.
