Windows 10: Bluescreen error :0xc00000e9

Last night I turned off my pc after playing some games and my pc was working very well with 0 issues but today, after I turned it on somehow its a bluescreen popping up and there's an File:/Windows/system32/winload.exe error code 0xx00000e9 issue . It's showing me that "this problem can happen when a removable storage device is removed while it's in use or is failing. When I press f8 or enter for startup settings or trying again, it doesn't work. I had previously fixed a bluescreen issue but this ones just not fixing

I keep getting "unexpected I/O error - 0xc00000e9" as soon as the computer starts. Performed a system fast test and extensive test. Everything checks out. System repair does not work. I am also not able to perform
a system recovery. It shuts off on its own. Please help with any suggestions?
