Windows 10: Bluescreen error in Windows 10

I am getting blue screen error on my laptop. I reinstalled Windows 10 twice. Yet , the blue screen error exists. Every time it occurs, I have to hard-reboot the laptop. Every time , I get different stop codes, namely, ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY USBXHCI.SYS failed dxgkml.sys failed , SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLEDpci.sys failed ,KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED vgk.sys failed storport.sys failed , DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL intelppm.sys , DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER , IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL , DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION .I already reinstalled Windows 10 twice, yet these errors

• What is the exact error message showing on your end?
• Were there any changes/updates to your device prior to the issue?
• Any troubleshooting steps you've done so far to resolve the issue?

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
