    hi all,

    I been having this issue with many of my customers today
    they all have KB5000802 when they try to open some sort of print software PDF,print, scan, etc
    or even sending a print test tried this Samsung and HP printers they either get blue screen of death or the computer restart
    about 12 people with the same issue at first I thought it was the printer drivers but to many printers to specific

    so I uninstalled KB5000802 which was updated today
    and behold the issue for all of them was solved
    so for anyone out there rocking you brain this is what you should do

    Hi,

    I've updated the Qualcomm Atheros Extensible Wireless LAN driver.

    The Kaspersky was in the trial periode , I've replaced it with an other antivirus.

    There is no more bluescreen of death for now, I hope it stays like that
