Windows 10: Bluescreen of death

Hi All

We are getting desperate, we are having big issues with Dell Latitude 7410 and Latitude 7420 who keep crashing.

All of them seem to point out to the same thing


SYMBOL_NAME: nt!PnpBugcheckPowerTimeout+76 MODULE_NAME: nt IMAGE_NAME: ntkrnlmp.exe


We ask before and they keep saying is graphic card, we try new and older drivers, computer BSOD and not doing anything specific. Can be anything to be honest.


Is latitude 7410, fully up to date drivers and windows and this is the latest mini dump.

Can you help me out and point what can be the cause? In the other one we even try to reinstall windows and that didn't help but hardware scan show find, we even did the long one that took for ever and said everything is good.


So Dell keep saying is has to be a driver or windows issue but they don't know what exactly.

I've updated the Qualcomm Atheros Extensible Wireless LAN driver.

The Kaspersky was in the trial periode , I've replaced it with an other antivirus.

There is no more bluescreen of death for now, I hope it stays like that

another forum i posted on suggested updating my bios for my motherboards and my intel chipset drivers, i've done just that, no bluescreens since i posted this, hopefully that means i wont have any more issues down the line.
