    My laptop is Acer nitro 5 11400h GTX 1650 a problem caused by graphics card video dxgkrnl fatal error and bluescreen and restart my laptop automatically when I go in device manager my graphics driver not detected and i can click view option and show hidden device my driver is showing and click properties show error code -45 when I shutdown my laptop and start laptop graphics driver is appear without any setting on or off graphic driver properly this problem is caused sometimes and sometimes not causedPlease Help me

    Bluescreen VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR

    Hello,

    I have laptop HP ProBook 4545s with two ATI graphic. One is HD 7420G, another HD 7650M.

    And I have problem with bluescreen and "VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR" message after Windows logo loading.
    I'm make clean installation of Windows, but
    it did not help. When I go in safe mode and disable one of graphic, and I can use my laptop. I cannot install ATI drivers.

    Bluescreen VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR

    PC is bought how new. HD 7650M is pre-installed, bought with this graphic.

    I'm try install with automatic but software find only HD 7420G.

    In Control Panel/Device Manager I can see HD 7650M.

    When install driver directly for HD 7650M I get bluescreen with VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR and must disable it in safe mode.

    VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR

    I am using acer nitro5 with integrated graphic card and dedicated nvidia 1650 4gb graphics card. First i started getting VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR and windows restart s, but after this restart nvidia graphics card is not showing or disabled, non of the nvidia software runs they show no graphic card detected. Because of this i reset windows completely but after this also the problem is repeating.

    After I shut down and on my laptop after some time it shows nvidia graphics card and no issue but suddenly after some time VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR blue screen pops and windows restarts after restart nvidia graphics card is not showing or disabled.

    I also updated drivers but no use.

    Please Help me in solving this issue
