    It is the best to only install the chipset drivers ASUS provides as they'll fit best for your hardware.

    What Windows version are you referring to exactly? When posting the link one has to choose the Windows version.

    Odd, I would assume that updating the chipset drivers updates also the sata drivers.

    If AMD provides too chipset driver, it might be worth it then to test *Smile
    I do recommend to backup first.

    Please remove all USB devices except for mouse and keyboard, it is recommended to move the mouse and keyboard to another (unused) port if possible.

    i do not know the difference no when i was searching for the sata drivers i read that sometimes the AHCI were not updated so had to be done manually

    Shortly, AHCI is newer and faster and it is recommended to use AHCI.

    i updated the sata drivers and the ones i could find through the relevant websites but i had a blue screen again
