Windows 10: Bluetooth Audio Problem

Hi,


For a few days I've had a problem with the bluetooth audio. I have an Asus F522WA laptop with Windows 10, 64 bits.

When I'm using my bluetooth headphones, everytime the audio starts and stops I hear a click/crackling noise click - audio - click. This didn't happen before, nor it happens with other devices like my phone. It gets very annoying specially when listening to an audio where someone is talking, since when there's a moment of silence the noise occurs.


I haven't changed the audio configuration or any drivers etc. I have tried some solutions from the internet basically changing some audio settings but none have worked. I have also tried to install the latest driver from the manufacturer website, but when I do that it says that "there are unauthorized Bluetooth adapters in your system".


How could I fix this problem?

• What is the make and model of your computer?
• Do you get any error message?

I suggest to use a different Bluetooth speaker and check if the same issue persists. Also try using the current speaker with different computer running Windows 10 and check. As you are getting Crackles or warning sound it might be an issue with hardware.

PROBLEME with BLUETOOTH on NOKIA 6700 CLASSIC !!!

HI.

I HAVE A PROBLEME WITH BLUETOOTH ON MY NOKIA 6700 CLASSIC ........... BLUETOOTH can't be activate.

* I FOLLOW THIS STEPS ;

• menu
• settings
• connectivity
• bluetooth
• activate

but he doesn't activate ........................................... so please help me!!!! .

Bluetooth dongle problem!

My problem was (got a new laptop w/ built in bluetooth) that the actual bluetooth did not connect with the PC. I didn't have audio playback problems because the bluetooth wasn't even connected to the PC. Someone on another forum said that he had a similar problem and it was due to the wireless mouse drivers he used. I also used a wireless mouse with a little receiver dongle.
