  1. Bluetooth disappeared from device manager

A couple of months ago my Bluetooth stop working and even it disappeared from the device manager. I have a desktop computer a Thinkcentre M900 (out of support), It came with an Intel card 8260NGW (WIFI and Bluetooth), the WIFI is working fine; it is just the Bluetooth the problem. Everything started after a Windows feature upgrade, I had the Bluetooth turn off during the upgrade and after that it just disappeared.

I thought maybe the card was bad and I bought a Realtek TL8723BE and the same happen, just the WIFI works, the Bluetooth is not present. I already tested both cards in a laptop (with Windows 10 too) and both cards work fine on it (WIFI and Bluetooth).

I have followed countless troubleshoots on Internet, restarting Windows in Safe Mode, restarting Bluetooth services, reinstalling from scratch, resetting it, get all the updates up to date, update the drivers, force the device manager to show hidden devices, I even bought a USB Dongle (ZexMTE Broadcom BCM20702) because someone mention that could trigger the detection of my Bluetooth card without successes, the USB dongle is detected and it works fine, but the integrated Bluetooth is still missing. I need to add that it does not appear as an unknown device neither, it is just gone like if it does not exist.

I am posting here as a last resource, maybe someone has experienced this and know how to fix or you can have better ideas, because I am out of ideas.

    Thanks.

    Bluetooth disappeared from Device Manager

I have the same problem as Benjamin with an Acer Aspire Switch 10. Was working fine with Bluetooth speaker. Now all trace of Bluetooth has disappeared from Device Manager. The Bluetooth troubleshooter tells me my tablet is not compatible with bluetooth!
I have tried re-installing the Broadcom Bluetooth Driver from the Acer site but to no avail and tried most of the other suggestions including windows update listed in Benjamin's post.

    Appreciate any help

  3. Bluetooth Device Disappeared from device manager

After the last Windows update my computer no longer has Bluetooth capability and the Bluetooth device has disappeared from the device manager.

The device that I was paired to is still in the Bluetooth & Other devices but it says Bluetooth is turned off. I have turned it on and restarted my computer. Still no Bluetooth.

    Suggestions
