    Bluetooth dongle doesn't work


    I have been tearing my hair out trying to fix a bluetooth connection problemMy Windows 10 Pro PC doesn't have bluetooth after running troubleshooter. So I followed the advice and bought a dongle. The donge is recognised in Device Manager but I still cannot connect my recently purchased headphones Sony WH-1000XM4 via bluetooth still getting 'couldn't connect' when trying to add the device via bluetooth.Any advice would be welcome.Joe
