Windows 10: Bluetooth driver help please

Hey guys i had to reset my windows 10 because i had problems with my windows since when i reset it my bluetooth isn't working so i had to install the driver when i tried to install Atheros Bluetooth Driver V7.2.0.65 for windows 10 it only works for windows 7 64 32 bit and windows xp can u guys please help me to find it i search it on google also no luck

My motherboard is ASUS P8Z68-V GEN3

Windows 10 failed attempts to use "Backup and Restore (Windows 7)" function

Repeated backup failures. Running Windows 10, and when the “Backup and Restore (Windows 7) program is run front the Control Panel, I get the messages:



“Check your backup. The last backup did not complete successfully”.



“Windows Backup failed to get an exclusive lock on the EFI system partition (ESP). This may happen if another application is using files on the ESP.”



“Please retry the operation.”



Each time I retry, I get the same result and messages.

Windows 10 came installed on my Dell Inspiron 15 (500 Series) laptop. I have successfully used the same Backup and Restore (Windows 7) program to “Create a system image”, as well as to “Create a system repair disc”.

Please provide me with some insight and suggested actions.

 

Running windows 10 and lost browser connectivity after installing the 2013 Microsoft Office Suite

running windows 10 preinstalled on a new Dell lap top had no problem with windows browser, no problem installing Chrome, no problem downloading and activating 2013 Microsoft Office programs. BUT lost all browser connectivity after installing the 2013 Microsoft
Office Suite. Internet connectivity confirmed along with DNS, pings, etc.

Should I uninstall the 2013 Microsoft Office Suite?

 

Hi there,

Have you tried uninstalling the driver, and have Windows install it automatically? All you do is go into Run (Win+R) and type devmgmt.msc and open up under the Network adapters tab. If you see the BT driver in there, right click and uninstall. Then, restart and see what happens. Here's a screenshot for reference (ignore it's on a 7 machine ) :

do i unistall both bluetooth devices?

 

yup i uninstall both Bluetooth devices and than restart nothing happens i even scan for hardware changes and still nothing happens...

thats what i was just looking at but im not sure which one to download im not expert on downloading drivers it has so many numbers ^_^

 

Do you know the exact Atheros Bluetooth model number?

 

is there anyway i can check that?

Whats it say in Bluetooth radios in Device Manager? Nothing?

 

oh no i uninstall that in my device to do scan hardware change to fix it... and it didn't do anything...

 

Although its not specifically for your motherboard, but this is a driver you can try. If it is incompatible, it wont let you install it.

If it does install and it has features missing, then I'm afraid you may have to wait until either Microsoft (via windows updates) or Asus updates (via website) the drivers to Windows 10

I cant find on the Asus website what bluetooth radio is being used on your motherboard. That would help locate drivers for it.
