    Try all your options first before an RMA. Can't hurt to try. Then you'll know you've done all you could. Good luck!

    So ASUS was a bust, they just said the same you guys did basically. "dont update it: So i guess that is the solution except now it doesnt show up at all in my device manager!! No Blutooth device is found. i have restarted many times. *Sad i just want my pc to work.

    Any ideas?

    Im going to mark this as solved even though it isnt really. ASUS was the only one that could really help me and they did nothing. *Sad

    To "solve" my issue i just got a usb Bluetooth dongle and used that
