Windows 10: Bluetooth earphone error (handsfree only, no stereo) after windows update

Hello, I'm just new here

I have a Dell Latitude 3400, Win10 , I have a issue in my bluetooth earphones when even it's connected in the laptop(see in picture) but it's on voice only and there's a driver error even I just updated my bluetooth drivers, when I check in the Device Manager theres a caution sign in A2DP SNK in sound(see in picture) and it shows "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

The device has been removed."

I try to fix it like sfc /scannow and the DISM Commands but even that not works, plss help :>

E61 Bluetooth handsfree problem (Lowest volume)

Anyone encountered this problem before?

Whenever I reconnect my E61 to a Bluetooth handsfree after a disconnect, the bluetooth earphone will will go into the lowest, inaudible volume. I'll need to adjust the volume up a few notches before I can hear anything. Bluetooth handsfree I've tried:

i.Tech S38

Sony Ericsson HCB-30 (Car kit)

In addition, after using wired headset (Nokia AD-46 to listen to stereo MP3), the bluetooth handsfree will no longer be audible until you switch the phone off and on again. Even adjusting the volume won't help.

 

Why does Spotify take control of my Bluetooth earphones' stereo output?

I own Bluetooth earphones, which I have paired with my Windows 10 laptop.

I can happily listen to audio from various different sources, until I play music through Spotify. Once I do, Spotify seems to completely hijack the stereo output device. If I pause the music and attempt to listen to another source (such as YouTube), I can no longer hear the audio playback despite seeing the amplitude bar move in the Windows sound settings. However, if I resume the Spotify music whilst the other sound source is still outputting, I can hear the other sound in the background of Spotify's output. Without restarting the earphones, I have found two ways of restoring the ability for other applications to output sound:

• If I right click on the earphones' Hands-Free device in the Windows playback device list and select "Test", I briefly hear the test output via the Hands-Free device and then suddenly the stereo output from the non-Spotify application continues.
  
• If I close Spotify whilst music is playing (and so the other app's audio can be heard in the background), the audio from the non-Spotify application can be heard again. However, if I close it whilst Spotify is paused, the non-Spotify audio does not resume.
  

I've found a hotfix in which disabling "Show desktop overlay when using media keys" from the Spotify settings prevents this issue from occuring, but what is causing this strange behaviour?

Note: I've disabled the ability for applications to take exclusive control of both the "Stereo" and "Hands-Free" playback devices for my earphones, to no avail.

 

Stereo Bluetooth Headphones do not reproduce stereo sound

Bluetooth 4.x headsets (headphones with microphone) have two modes:
1. Stereo headset speakers with NO microphone
2. Mono headset speakers with microphone

I see in the listing for your headphones it shows a microphone. Make sure your the audio is configured correctly so that you have stereo headphone speakers.

With your headphones connected with Bluetooth

Left-click on little speaker (bottom right on desktop)





You should see current speaker for computer
In this example headphones in stereo is selected





If you click on Headphones you will bring up all options





To see more…
Right-click on little speaker (bottom right on desktop)





Select Sounds from list





If you want Stereo Headphones but NO microphone

Select Playback tab
Make sure Headphones is the current playback device





Select Recording tab
Make sure Microphone array (or similar) is the current recording device
