Windows 10: Bluetooth hardware not found after update to Windows 10, Sony Vaio

Hi,


I couldn't find any Bluetooth hardware in device manger. Before update to windows 10 I could use my Bluetooth with no problem on my windows 7. I've also tried and installed any related Bluetooth driver I've found for this model, Sony Vaio VPCZ21C5E 64bit, but no success.

Somehow it detects as the device has no Bluetooth capability, but it does.


Please suggest any solution.

Sony Vaio update to Windows 10

Hi everyone I bought a Vaio Pro 11 in 2011 with preloaded Windows 8.

Unfortunately after all the waiting Sony is not supporting Windows 10 update for my laptop (I've checked Sony's website and my model is not included on the list).

So my question is, can I still update to Windows 10 without Sony supporting? What could be potential problems I might have?

1. Troubleshooter states 'Device does not have Bluetooth'.

2. I can find no Bluetooth entry in Device Manager, so I cannot perform steps A or B,

Therefore I think I need to try step C and install the Bluetooth driver software again. I would appreciate your help with this;

A. What is your computer's make and model? For example Lenovo T470

B. What is the Windows version and build? To check this, type winver in Windows Start Search (Cortana) box and click winver

C7 bluetooth connection to Sony Vaio

I have sony VAIO laptop. You can use Bluetooth in your Sony VAIO laptop. If you have installed Windows operating system in it, you can easily enable Bluetooth because Windows comes with a Bluetooth configuration utility.



To
enable Bluetooth device in your Sony VAIO laptop, you need to do three things.



First of all, you need to have a Bluetooth adapter in your system.



Then set up the device so that your computer can find it.



Then you can enable the device in the control panel.
