    Bluetooth Headphones audio skipping every 10 seconds. Incredibly Frustrating.


    All drivers are updated. Ran troubleshooter. Turned off hands free telephony. I'm at a loss. Any suggestions are appreciated.

    I have a bluetooth dongle have the driver version is 10.0.18362.693

    setting up win10 Bluetooth and my Bluetooth headphones work fine ,but every time I reconnect the headphones I have to delete them from Bluetooth settings and let win10 pickup the headphones again ,before they will pair ,then win10 want to reboot to add the headphones ,I reboot and they work fine ,but next time I plug the headphone in again they will not pair ,don't even get an option to pair till I delete the head phones from the list ,, any suggestions ,, thank

    I bought the insignia bluetooth headphones model NS-CAHBT02 two years ago and they worked fine for two years, then out of nowhere the audio started skipping/not playing. I reset my bluetooth settings on my computer and the headphones and checked for new
    drivers but it didn't do anything, so I returned them and got new ones, the same model NS-CAHBT02, and it's still doing it. My computer says it's connected, and music on spotify will play when I press the button on the headphones, but the audio just doesn't
    come out. I have Windows 8.1

    What WinZip System Utilities Suite was recommended and where? We never recommend third party driver updaters or optimization suites which can cause problems. There is a warning on my post not to be distracted by ads in the tutorials.

    Drivers should be updated by going to the PC maker's Support Downloads web page to compare the drivers available to the ones presently installed in Device Manager to see if they need updating. The most basic thing we need to learn to maintain a PC is how to
    keep the latest manufacturer's drivers current. Windows drivers are rarely enough, and driver finder apps should only be a last resort.

    Did you try everything recommended in each step I wrote out above, including in the illustrated tutorials' editorial steps - but not the ads?
