Windows 10: BLUETOOTH HEADPHONES

Yesterday after reading some wrong advice on how to stop a text typing glitch I removed the driver for the keyboard to reinstall it and I could not reinstall it because there was no option in device manager, so I had to reinstall windows and all my saves and software was deleted and as if that did not make me lose my temper so much that I want to kill microsoft, now my bluetooth driver is missing and as if that is not bad enough I can not install legacy drivers because the idiots at microsoft have removed the option in device manager. There is no bluetooth in device manger and because of their stupidity there is no way to install it. I am going to sue you people for giving me wrong information and ruining my laptop. I want compensation for years of hard work that I have lost. You can not imagine how angry I am. Fix this problem or I will start a war with you. I have been listening for 3 years with bluetooth on my laptop and now it is saying that this laptop does not support bluetooth. Are you doing this on purpose to annoy people. You do not want to annoy me, you are not bigger than me you anarchist scum.

setting up win10 Bluetooth and my Bluetooth headphones work fine ,but every time I reconnect the headphones I have to delete them from Bluetooth settings and let win10 pickup the headphones again ,before they will pair ,then win10 want to reboot to add the headphones ,I reboot and they work fine ,but next time I plug the headphone in again they will not pair ,don't even get an option to pair till I delete the head phones from the list ,, any suggestions ,, thank

  Connect.
• Select your Bluetooth headphones, and then select Set default. Music should play on your Bluetooth headphones now.

I bought these headphones Amazon.com: Matone® Qy8 [New Version Qy7] V4.1 Wireless Bluetooth Headphones Best In-Ear Noise Cancelling Headphones with Microphone for Running, Sports Accessories. I connected them fine to my Iphone and Ipod but having problems with Windows I got them to pair but sound still comes through regular speakers only. In sound settings it lists the bluetooth headphones but says disconnected. I click on connect but that does nothing. Do not know what else to do
