Windows 10: Bluetooth Headset connect only as Music

Discus and support Bluetooth Headset connect only as Music in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I am trying to connect my Bluetooth headset to my Dell latitude Laptop running windows 10 and after paring my Blyetooth headphone with Windows it shows...     Bluetooth Headset connect only as Music


    I am trying to connect my Bluetooth headset to my Dell latitude Laptop running windows 10 and after paring my Blyetooth headphone with Windows it shows only as Connected Music and I am not able to take call ( use Mic from Bluetooth Headset ) . Have tried everything possible updated All drivers to latest version , uninstalled and reinstalled Bluetooth Drivers , Removing and Re paring the device , even tried connecting other Headphones but the result is the sams .


    Under sound options I am able to see two options Headset and Headphones , no matter how many times i try I am not able to enable Headset as a playback / recording device option ..


    Spent almost one full night on this , any help will be much appreciated

    • Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:
    • Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
    • Click OK.
    • What is the make and model of your headset and Bluetooth dongle?
