Windows 10: bluetooth headset connection problems

hi dear

when i try to connect bluetooth headset cool nice v8-3 , i get the following this error : [ try again ,and make sure your blutooth headset is still discoverable ] and in connect : [ couldnt connect ,try connection again ]


i restarted bluetooth service and updated bluetooth driver but this problem is bad

Bluetooth headphones connect but headset portion does not


I have the exact same problem with my Bluebuds X





I have tried to manually add a driver through windows driver update (you can choose a driver device from the list)
but i'm not sure which one is compatible and had no luck getting the headset portion to work... *Sad
