Windows 10: Bluetooth Headset Probleme?

Hello,

I built my own PC some time ago and bought a Bluetooth adapter to use my Sennheiser HD 4.50 BTNC headphones.

I manage to connect the headphones without any problems and I get the following options when selecting the playback device:

-headphones ( Hands-Free AG Audio )

-headphones (stereo)

The "Hands-Free AG Audio" option usually works fine and the microphone can be used, but the audio quality is very poor.

When I select the "Stereo" option, I get no sound in games and the microphone doesn't work at all. Listening to music works fine.

If anyone could help me, I'd be very grateful.

I am currently in the market for a set a bluetooth headset. I noticed this and was rather interested, I love the design, and I love the price, is their anyone out there, who can provide info on these or another set of headphones, or bluetooth headsets in general. Thanks in advance.

• What is the make and model of your headset and Bluetooth dongle?
