Windows 10: Bluetooth HID device cannot start, error code 10

I am currently using windows 11 on my laptop and having issues with Bluetooth connections. I have an error code 10 for the Bluetooth hid device and says that it cannot start. anyone know any solutions?Thank you!Original title: Bluetooth hid device

Have you tried updating the driver for the HID-compliant mouse?

• Follow the instructions to update the driver.

If that does not work, we suggest you contact the manufacturer of your laptop directly and ask for updated drivers for Windows 10.

Problem with Bluetooth Low Energy GATT compliant HID device (Code 10)

I've already tried it - doesn't work.

I don't have Delete the driver software for this device option when removing
Bluetooth Low Energy GATT compliant HID device.

Hello,

I am running Windows 10 on a Samsung Galaxy Tabpro S. I recently bought a Bluetooth pedal (for turning pages) and after updating the firmware, it would no longer connect to my PC.

Assuming it was a driver issue, I reinstalled the driver, and when that didn't work, contacted the manufacturer.

The manufacturer seemed to think it was an issue with my Bluetooth, and sure enough when I looked into it, my Bluetooth Low Energy HID Device had an error: "Cannot Start. (Code 10)"

I have tried running the troubleshooter (both the general one and the Bluetooth one). I have also tried reinstalling the driver for both that device and my Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4 Bluetooth 4.1 device. I have also tried un-checking "Allow Windows to turn
off this device to save power", all to no avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
