Windows 10: Bluetooth is missing from device manager windows 10 1909

I am using hp notebook 15 ay009dx with Realtek 8723be hardware , I updated windows 10 to 1909 on jan 16 2020, after that update I couldn’t able to use Bluetooth , I tried following solution Downloaded and tried to install latest drivers from Realtek but in middle of installation setup ask to Turn on Bluetooth , unfortunately there is no option to Turn on/off Tried the solution given by Microsoft to download drivers from provided link to documents folder and then update drivers from Decide manager but there is no Bluetooth device in device manager

Bluetooth in windows 10

So I bought a new Bluetooth headphones the skull candy uproar since my old one isn't working. It came with only the headset and usb charging cable. The problem is I can't seem to pair it to my pc. I have windows 10 by the way. There is no Bluetooth on off button in windows settings. I went to device manager but there us no icon for Bluetooth. I did everything I knew but none of it worked.I can post pictures if anyone needs.An alternative might be a Bluetooth dongle but I m not sure I'd it would work plus I paid $50 so don't wanna spend more

I looked up on Internet and many people seem to have issues with windows 10 and Bluetooth. I thought of asking here knowing my UK friends are smart.

Anyone have any idea of how to get Bluetooth to work on my pc.

PS don't curse windows 10. I already know it's a mess and not a very good os.

 

bluetooth missing in device manager

I upgraded my Toshiba L50-B-1NL to Windows 10 yesterday and I now find that my Bluetooth mouse is not working (it was absolutely fine in Windows 8.1). On checking device manager, I find that the Bluetooth is completely missing in the alphabetical list.
I cannot seem to find any assistance anywhere on how to resolve this problem. Can anyone help?
