Windows 10: Bluetooth issue

New HP laptop. Bluetooth mouse worked fine. Bluetooth mouse not working after a Window 10 unexpected restart. Used trouble shooter since Bluetooth screen said Bluetooth not connected, Trouble shooter says it fixed radio. Still did not work. Could not remove mouse. So Uninstalled from Device Manager. Tried looking for updated drivers for Bluetooth, but says I have newest drivers.

Read all the on-line help sheets, but cannot get it to work. I've re-booted three times. I've turned the mouse on and off several times. I'm at a loss.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Bluetooth Headphone Connection Issues

I would suggest to perform some basic troubleshooting steps by following the article to find out the reason and to update the Bluetooth driver.

Check the Status of the Bluetooth in Device Manager and update it:

• Search Device Manager using Cortana.
• Right click Bluetooth drivers and select the Update driver software.

Check also if the Bluetooth service on your laptop is enabled by following this steps:

• Press Windows key + R and type service.msc
• Search for Bluetooth Support Service.
• Right click on the Service and click on Enable.
