Windows 10: Bluetooth Issue

So for the past year I've had this problem where my Bluetooth would act as if it were going out of range and to return it to normal I have to spam the mute/unmute button on my keyboard. It happens with all my Bluetooth devices and I've already reset my computer. And sometimes it will only connect to Voice [Headset] instead of media [Headphones] and won't give any sound and say "Connected, Voice" instead of "Connected, Media, Voice" It's getting annoying and I've updated all my Bluetooth and audio drivers.

Regarding your question about locking Windows Anniversary update, it is possible to postpone an update but it cannot be stopped.

Bluetooth Headphone Connection Issues

I would suggest to perform some basic troubleshooting steps by following the article to find out the reason and to update the Bluetooth driver.

Check the Status of the Bluetooth in Device Manager and update it:

• Search Device Manager using Cortana.
• Right click Bluetooth drivers and select the Update driver software.

Check also if the Bluetooth service on your laptop is enabled by following this steps:

• Press Windows key + R and type service.msc
• Search for Bluetooth Support Service.
• Right click on the Service and click on Enable.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
