Windows 10: bluetooth issue ......

I previously have windows 7 which I recently upgraded to windows 10 Bluetooth was working fine it was able to connect to devices like my phone and my ear buds ...but one day I reset my computer in order to delete useless apps after that severe problems started.after first reset no devices were detected at all pairing is something that is impossible without it


in advance I want you to give you following information and ways I tried

1.when I had windows 7 my Bluetooth had same problem it never detected any devices

2..no detection problem only started after first reset I did

3.i have also change setting of Bluetooth driver from manual to automatic but each time I reboot computer after it I see the setting has automatically changed from automatic to manual

4.i have updated drivers

5.each time I launch troubleshooter it detect some problem and fix it but in vain ..nothing works

6.i have changed version from 6.3 to 6.2 on someone advice but again each time I reboot it changes to 6.3

7..i have also redownloades reinstalled windows from media center and performed above operation


please sir/mam I am stressed since it stopped after working ..I only upgraded to windows 10 for Bluetooth purpose.


I want to tell you I have windows 10 32 bit system.please first of all help me detect problem by naming drivers necessary for Bluetooth connnection

Check the Status of the Bluetooth in Device Manager and update it:

• Search Device Manager using Cortana.
• Right click Bluetooth drivers and select the Update driver software.

Check also if the Bluetooth service on your laptop is enabled by following this steps:
