    Bluetooth Issues

Hello everyone, as the title says, my notebook's bluetooth is having problems to reconnect devices I already connect every time I turn on the the notebook or restart it. I have to go to Win + R, type devmgmt.msc and then uninstall all the drivers, after that I do a scan for hardware changes, I begin the process to connect the device and it works. Do you have had the same problem or know how to solve it? It's not a problem indeed, but it takes a time that I could be doing something more productive.

Thanks since now for your attention and any help.

    My notebook: Inspiron 5458

    Hi,

I would suggest to perform some basic troubleshooting steps by following the article to find out the reason and to update the Bluetooth driver.

Check the Status of the Bluetooth in Device Manager and update it:

    • Search Device Manager using Cortana.
    • Right click Bluetooth drivers and select the Update driver software.

Check also if the Bluetooth service on your laptop is enabled by following this steps:

    • Press Windows key + R and type service.msc
    • Search for Bluetooth Support Service.
    • Right click on the Service and click on Enable.

Let us know how it goes.
