Bluetooth missing from Device Manager and "turned off"

My bluetooth was working perfectly fine this morning, but upon turning on my computer this afternoon my bluetooth keyboard stopped working. In my settings underneath my keyboard it says "bluetooth turned off" and the bluetooth icon is not in my taskbar or available in device manager. When I click "show hidden devices" in device manager, bluetooth shows up but the only options it gives me are "scan for hardware changes" and "properties" so I cannot uninstall and reinstall.

The troubleshooter does not work as it does not detect that my computer has bluetooth capability but it does!

I have tried restarting the bluetooth support service from the services window and that does not work.

I cannot start from a restore point as I do not have any restore points to choose from.

Please help, I don't know what to try next. Nothing has worked and I'm super confused why my bluetooth just suddenly disappeared.

I don't have any bluetooth devices but windows turned it on!!

    1. I have no bluetooth devices in devices manager.
2,3,4. they all turned off before.

reboot or shutdown doesn't solved it.
i have USB wireless Mouse/Keyborad. i plug it out and use PS/2 but nothing.
i used DISM to repair image.

i tried everything but its not make any changes and windows still showing Bluetooth turned on.
a few days ago it was not even showing Bluetooth in Action Center but i don't understand what happened, no devices added or changed in my PC, no software Installed or Uninstalled, not a single Settings Changed in Windows or BIOS!!!

I don't have any bluetooth devices but windows turned it on!!

Then if they are still on, try some of these steps listed below, Not all of these steps may not apply, but, step #2 and #4 should help. I have all 4 steps on myself.

1 Go to Device manager and DISABLE Bluetooth, Do Not remove!
    2 Turn USB suspend off
3 Set Hard Drive or SSD to Never
4 Turn Link State Power Management off
Settings 2 thur 4 can be found in your Power Management Settings.
Then click on "Change settings that are currently unavailable"
Then Reboot your Computer. This does work, may come back if you shut OFF your computer, then turn it back on, if it does, just a reboot will turn it off again.

Bluetooth missing from Device Manager and "turned off"

Can't Find Bluetooth on device manager.

    Hi LoChung,

This may be caused by a corrupt or an outdated driver. It may also be caused by an incorrect device connection setup.

We suggest that you check Fix Bluetooth problems in Windows 10: FAQ. Please perform the steps on the following
    topics to resolve your issue:

    • How can I automatically fix common Bluetooth problems?
    • The Bluetooth toggle is missing in Bluetooth & other devices settings or can't be turned on.
    • Bluetooth doesn't appear and there are no unknown device listed in the Device Manager.

If the issue still persists, kindly give us more details by answering the following questions:

    • Have you done any recent changes on your computer prior to this issue?
    • Have you tried your Bluetooth device with another computer and check if you were able to use it?

Keep us updated with the status of the issue so that we can resume working on your concern.
