    So, I've updated to 2004 and like many of you I have bugs. Here's mine pain in the... Every time I start up windows the Bluetooth module broke and is interrupted. So I don't have the Bluetooth button in the notification panel and cannot connect any Bluetooth device unless I run the problem solution device. This doesn't help to figure out what is the issue but at least restart the Bluetooth module and everything work normally, until the next restart of the system. Does anybody experienced the same problem and solved it?

    I'm running win10 2004 on Asus N53SV and the Bluetooth module in on Qualcomm Atheros Communication whit 10.0.1.11 driver (11/08/2016). Cannot reset the driver and windows update says that is the latest.

    Any clue?

    Regarding your question about locking Windows Anniversary update, it is possible to postpone an update but it cannot be stopped.

    Hi,

    I would suggest to perform some basic troubleshooting steps by following the article to find out the reason and to update the Bluetooth driver.

    Check the Status of the Bluetooth in Device Manager and update it:

    • Search Device Manager using Cortana.
    • Right click Bluetooth drivers and select the Update driver software.

    Check also if the Bluetooth service on your laptop is enabled by following this steps:

    • Press Windows key + R and type service.msc
    • Search for Bluetooth Support Service.
    • Right click on the Service and click on Enable.
