Windows 10: Bluetooth mouse keep disconnecting

It is very trouble especially during my work. When using my Bluetooth mouse, it suddenly disconnected and I need to reopen the Bluetooth setting. Sometimes even worst is the Bluetooth driver corrupted after frequently doing this. This issue solved before by unchecking the power management at the bluetooth adapter "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power". After updating the window, the power management tab is missing from the device manager, and now the issue is unfixable. So i hope can get a solution here.Tq.

*Driver is updated to the latest version
*The problem suspected is the Power Management Setting.

Arc Bluetooth mouse not working properly with Surface 3

Experienced same issue, disconnecting Arc Mouse then reconnect worked fine, but not mouse interaction.

Below steps worked for me:

• Remove all Bluetooth connected devices, including Surface Type Cover and Surface Pen.
• Disconnected the Surface Type Cover then reconnect. It will reinstall tand connect the device.
• Then Add Bluetooth devices including Surface Pen and last but not least Arc Bluetooth Mouse.

Everything works fine again.

 

Bluetooth mouse disconnecting

Hi there - after a fairly recent "major" update to Win10, my Bluetooth mouse starts up OK then disconnects. When I click on the Bluetooth icon, show all Bluetooth devices, it magically re-appears. Then after a while, it disconnects again. I have turned
off power management for Bluetooth, made sure all the drivers are updated, but continues to happen. I have even, with the assistance of Microsoft Support, done and entire clean install of the current version of Win10, just in case there was a corruption in
device drivers - it is still happening. I have checked this Bluetooth mouse on another computer, using an older version of Win10 and it works perfectly well. It's been happening so long, I really don't remember which major update - probably 2 "major" ones
