Windows 10: Bluetooth only voice connected

I have Taotronics soundsurge 90 and when I connect them to my computer only voice is connected. I can only use the "Hands free Audio" which is very Low quality, usually I can use "Stereo", but because It only connects voice and not audio usually both connect and I can't use the "Stereo" mode.Furthermore, I have read another question about this but none of that worked for me. Bluetooth Connected Voice

I'm using a BlueAnt Z9i Bluetooth ear piece and tried it with my HTC 8x. It works okay when using voice but it won't let me listen to music.

When I checked the settings it says its "Connected Voice" I've looked high and low for a change to the settings but can't find anything.

When I turn on the music it comes out the speaker.

Anyone suggestions?

Step 1: Troubleshoot problems with Bluetooth accessories.

Step 2: There are two terms regarding Bluetooth: pairing and connecting. Pairing is the introduction of one device to another. Once paired, they will stay in each other’s memory until manually erased. Once a device
is paired, the headset can then connect to that device to receive audio or voice from the device.

• Go into the device's paired list and manually select the Bluetooth.
  
• You may need to clear your paired list in your headset and re-pair your headset to your device.
  
• To clear your paired list in your headset, follow these steps: on the headset, press and hold the call and volume – buttons for 10 seconds
  
• The headset will revert to discoverable mode (slowly blinking LED), allowing you to re-pair the computer you want connect.

Bluetooth Headphones only connect to voice and music

Today my headphones started to only use voice and music, when yesterday [the day i got them] they did all noise. I have re paired the headphones to the computer, remove and re add them to the computer list, and remove the computer from the headphones bluetooth
list. Everytime I reconnect them they just say connected to voice and music.
