    Bluetooth performance issue


    Hi ,


    I am facing bluetooth performance issue. issues like on bluetooth speaker sometimes the music is breaking , it won't work sometimes, needs to be re connected .Then bluetooth mouse is not working properly.

    The generic bluetooth adapter is missing in device manager although bluetooth is present (or its expected(don't know)?screenshot attached). No changes has been made apart from startup type in bluetooth support services was set to automatic from manual . Also ran the bluetooth troubleshooter and some radio status was fixed.

    Can you please help and tell me what is happening.

    Bluetooth Headphone Connection Issues

    Hi,

    I would suggest to perform some basic troubleshooting steps by following the article to find out the reason and to update the Bluetooth driver.

    Check the Status of the Bluetooth in Device Manager and update it:

    • Search Device Manager using Cortana.
    • Right click Bluetooth drivers and select the Update driver software.

    Check also if the Bluetooth service on your laptop is enabled by following this steps:

    • Press Windows key + R and type service.msc
    • Search for Bluetooth Support Service.
    • Right click on the Service and click on Enable.

    Let us know how it goes.

    Regarding your question about locking Windows Anniversary update, it is possible to postpone an update but it cannot be stopped.

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
