Windows 10: Boot error code 0xc0000024

I have xps computer and window 10 installed. the error code show when boot computer. when try to do trouble shooting or system setting or so, computer always ask password for my Microsoft outlook email account and say it is not correct all the time. I have no way to skip this step.

Windows 10 Update Error Code 0xc0000024

My computer has been unable to complete the most recent update of Windows 10. I get the error code 0xc0000024
and it tells me that it is unsure if my system is able to run Windows 10... But I have been running Windows 10 for over a year. There are a few pertinent pieces of information here....

• A couple months ago I updated to an SSD.
• When I updated to an SSD, I was advised by what I thought was a reliable source that it would not cause issue if I deleted the default partition on my C drive that the OS uses.... I am thinking that was a mistake.
  

I have since added a partition back to my drive but I do not know how to get the system to acknowledge and utilize the partition. Any guidance would be tremendous!

 

BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.
