Windows 10: BOOT LOOP!

do you have any suggestions?
it starts out as me trying to get adobe animate on my disk but it had too much space tooken, so i found unused usb drive, so i tried downloading adobe animate on the usb and somewhat fused my usb into my hard drive and my downloads was my main hardrives so i had nowhere to download to. so i decided to delete everything thinking I'll be able to free all this space and redownload some apps, so i turned my usb into a recovery drive so i can fix my windows, but it hasn't done anything at all nor fixed anything, so i decided to go to my windows settings and reset my computer knowing I'd delete all my files, each choice failed it said it can't reset like so many times i had no idea why, now then i choose recover from usb drive, then that fails too so many times saying it couldn't, so then i find when i turn off and turned back on my computer i was on the same screen again, the boot loop, i tried to restart, it failed, i tried to use rebec from the Internet try, i failed i had all zeros, I'm forever stuck in the boot loop on the computer and i can't fix it, more than worse i just got it too, i think i have really messed up my computer i looked at every video and i can't do a thing to fix, do i just need to take it back?

This issue occurs when there are broken components on the boot configuration data of your system. To troubleshoot your boot loop issue, we suggest that you boot in
safe mode through the Windows
Recovery Environment option. To do this, follow these steps:

• Turn on your computer. When the Windows logo appears, unplug and replug the device. Perform these steps three times.
• On the fourth instance, turn on your device without unplugging it. The Windows Recovery Environment window will appear.
  
• On the Choose an option screen, click Troubleshoot.
• Click Advance options.
• Click Startup Settings.
• Click Restart.
• Once your computer restarts, you will see a list of options. Press the F4 key to start your computer in
  safe mode.
  

Once done, we suggest that you perform a system restore after booting in safe mode. System Restore will be able to revert your PC or laptop to their previous state, which can be used to repair and recover system malfunctions or issues. Restoring won’t affect
your personal files, but it will remove apps, drivers, and updates installed after the restore point was made. To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Right-click the Start button, and then select
Control Panel.

2. Search Control Panel for
Recovery.

3. Select Recovery > Open
System Restore > Next.

4. Choose the restore point related to the problematic
app, driver, or update, and then select
Next > Finish.

Windows 10 Repair Boot Loop

Windows 10 Factory Reset Infinite Boot Loop

Hello,

As you are facing issue with Boot loop, I suggest you to perform a Startup Repair by following the steps provided below:

• Go to the Microsoft software download website and create Windows 10
  installation media.
• Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC.
• On the Install Windows screen, select Repair your computer.
• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot>Advanced Options.
• Click on Startup Repair.

After the repair is complete, check for status.
