    Hi

    For home schooling purposes in this difficult times, I'd like to revitalize ma old Thinkpad T43p, which is a 32bit architecture machine. I just used the MediaCreation tool to download an ISO image for Windows 10 *32bit*.


    Booting from the DVD leads to the error: IRQL not equal or higher.


    Currently, there is Windows XP on that machine, so I tried to run "Setup.exe" on the DVD from WinXP. It says "This is not a valid 32bit application" L:\Setup.exe ist keine zulässige Win32-Anwendung


    If I run that Setup.exe on my Windows 10 64bit machine, it says "You nee to use a different installation mediium for the 64bit operatin system...."


    So, it looks to me as if program "setup.exe" on the "Windows10 32bit" installation medium is a 64 bit application, not a 32bit one. Looking at Settings -> Details shows this is version 10.0.19041.1. Any way to verify if this is a 32bit application or not?


    Any other idea what I can try to install Windows 10 on that old machine?

    legacy soundcard RME Digi96pad in 32bit Windows 10

    RME supply 32 bit drivers for this excellent sound card which runs in 32bit Windows8. I have installed the drivers in Windows 10 32 bit (this is the reason I'm using 32bit Windows10 and not 64 bit!!) , device manager shows RME Digi96 on sound devices list,
    drivers installed properly, but it does NOT appear in the sound card list. Any ideas?

    Battery icon failed in 32bit Windows10

    I have a Z3735F tablet running Windows10 32bit. When I press battery icon in system tray and it's not charging, it shows nothing. But after I pluged charger, it works again.

    Does anyone have this problem too?

    I can remember Windows10 dosen't have this problem in early insider preview, but happens in the last two previews and 10240.

    Windows10 32bits to 64bits

    Hello i upgraded my windows 7 32bit to windows 10 32bit and already activated. I'm trying to perform a clean installation of Windows 10 64bit but my key isn't working. Can i change the architecture or not? In a post here it says that you can change the
    architecture with this method but isn't working for me.
