Windows 10: Bootloop After ddrescue

Hi, I recently cloned my mother’s failing hardrive to a new one using ddrescue. Everything seems fine but I’m stuck on Windows Recovery menu with error code: 0xc0000225. I tried using a Windows bootable media to repair using bootrec but I get access denied. I spent countless hours watching YouTube videos to gain access but no of it worked. I’m able to access everything and no errors occur while using chkdsk (on another hardrive that runs windows )so that leads me to believe there is something wrong with the boot up but I can’t repair it using bootrec. Any suggestions, perhaps maybe on Linux?

Bootloop

I was in the process in resetting my computer, and suddenly it got stuck in a bootloop and nothing will work

I recently dropped my Asus laptop and it is stuck in a bootloop it will turn on and go to the repair option screen but wont fix it goes into a bootloop I only have my phone that I can download onto but I have a c port to USB device is there anyway I can
fix this issue

You might have reasons for suggesting this, and I could just misunderstand them. But I just want to stress that it was never a BSOD problem for me, but rather a bootloop (The only BSOD that I got was a known issue with an incorrect version of COMODO). Also I installed Bitdefender just a few days ago, to replace COMODO.
