Windows 10: bootres.dll is corrupted.. Help!!

I am having problem starting my window10.

When I tried to do automatic repair, the system is telling me that the automatic Repair couldnt repair my PC and there is a log file.I have went in command prompt to check on the error and it shows that the bootres.dll is corrupted




I tried to do a complete reset of the PC but the system is having problem resetting my PC.



Also,I tried to do a go back to previous version but it ran into a problem too.



System restore also couldn't help as I couldn't proceed by clicking next.



Can someone help or advise how do I recover/restore my Window?

Corrupt DLL files

I keep getting a message about corrupt dll files (MSVCP110.dll is just one) when I try to open several apps. I have tried a number of the suggestions from the message boards but nothing works. I have reinstalled the programs to no avail. Any suggestions?

 

Bootres.dll is corrupt

There;s also a known issue in Version 1803 where this creates a boot loop. See fix here:

If you're on Version 1803 I would upgrade to the new version by installing the Media Creation Tool and choosing to Upgrade this PC Now:
