Windows 10: Both Windows 10 [1809] Admin Tools and Windows Accessories are Missing

Hello I have no Word Pad'' or any of the Windows Admin Tools and Windows Accessories, except Note Pad and Internet Explorer" both folders are empty.
I tried to stop CCleaner from Starting from the start menu and running in the Task Bar Tray when I wasn't using it can someone help me to recover those Files please??

Snipping Tool missing from Windows Accessories

Hi

I upgraded to Windows 10 several weeks ago and had the snipping tool under All Apps -Windows accessories. I went to use it today and it is no longer listed and does not show up when I do an äpps search. Any suggestions please ?

 

Windows 10 Snipping Tool on Windows 7

All it is is one extra step beyond what is native to windows 10. Yes, technically it would be easier to have the functionality of print built in to the Windows 7 version, but you just have to save it ,and right click on it ,and print.

As far as getting the windows 10 version into windows7. I know there was a way to get the old winpaint, so maybe there's a way to get the snipping tool into 10, I don't know.

im curious if i could compress, and upload the application to this post? 7zip doesnt seem to be allowed
