    Bought a brand new ASUS VivoBook Pro 16X OLED Slim Laptop, 16" Version 21H2


    Good Evening,I just received the laptop I bought on Cyber Monday off amazon and so far the battery won't charge at all and the windows 11 version is no longer supported.. but won't upgrade. The version is 21H2, and it will not do any upgrades after all of the available updates were completed and the system was restarted.Please advise. I also installed my Windows home edition of microsoft office, so I am hoping that I can reinstall that if I need to return the laptop.

    cannot set to 90Hz Asus Vivobook with 90Hz OLED display

    Hi, I just bougth the Asus Vivobook with 90Hz OLED monitor and Windows 11, but when trying to set it to 90Hz only 60 and 48 Hz are listed, is this caused by missing drivers?

    Help Installing Windows 7 on ASUS Vivobook 15 Pro OLED

    Hello,

    I'm trying to install Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit on my ASUS Vivobook 15 Pro OLED and everytime I load the installer, it always seems to freeze at the 'Starting Windows' point.

    I'm just wondering whether anyone knows how to fix this issue? I know this is an issue with modern hardware combined with old 2009 software.
