    Bought HEVC for the update, and didn't get it. Refund?


    I was told my system which has HEVC version : HEVC:2.0.61931.0 needed to be updated. Was told it can only be updated through MS Store for $1. I searched on line and turned out yes I have to pay which is very weak. I paid, and after it did it's think I am still on the same exact version HEVC version HEVC:2.0.61931.0, when it should be version HEVC version : HEVC:2.1.1162.0I know it's only $1, but I wasn't giving to charity. I would like my money back if MS isn't going to update my HEVC to the correct version.
