Windows 10: Brand New PC, Insane Slow Internet

I just got a brand new PC today. Pre-built, since I'm not particularly good with hardware and I'm too nervous about breaking something by putting it together wrong. It's a CYBERPOWERPC Gamer Xtreme VR Gaming PC, GXiVR8060A11, uses Windows 11, and has a realtek 8821ce wireless lan 802.11ac for the wifi network adapter. It can detect the router, but sometimes can't connect to it and when it does, it's sitting at a dl speed of around 70 kb/s. I uninstalled and reinstalled the device, disabled and enabled it, made sure the drivers were up to date, turned on my phone hot spot and tried to connect

1. Which web browser are you using?

2. Have installed all the Windows updates?

3. Have you updated all the divers?

If you’re using internet Explorer I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Windows has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer performance. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Internet Explorer performance.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter.
