Windows 10: Brand New USB Speakers Not Working

My wife just bought me brand new usb speakers that I cannot get to work on my computer. I plug them in, they come on, but no sound comes from them. I've tried everything I could think off.

I've tried updating drivers, sound card, etc. It's like my computer acts like they don't exist even when they are plugged in!

Sound not working with brand new speakers but work with headset USB

I troubleshoot the sound and nothin is work I also reinstall the sound drivers after I deleted them and these are brand new speakers I bought yesterday. The sound works fine with my Corsairs Gaming Headset that is connected by USB but the speakers
are audio jack in only. The Speakers model is Inland 2000 Pro.

 

Speakers and headphones work at the same time

• Does your speaker work normally when connected to your desktop?

You may try the following steps to help resolve your concern:

• Unplug or Disconnect your speaker from the desktop.
• Connect your headphone directly to the desktop.

new speaker problem


I have a new set of USB external speakers. They worked for a day. After hibernating overnight they stopped. Under device drivers I checked audio.They were not listed. Unplugging and replugging did not help.
