    Every time windows 10 updates my screen goes dim. Last time I chatted w agent she downloaded an ap that allowed me to adjust it. Now it's gone. I don't have an adjust bar. Nothing. I'm so sick of this. Help. Also how do I connect back to live chat?

    Windows 10 screen brightness is dim

    Original title: ASUS PT2001 with Win 10 screen brightness

    When running on battery power screen automatically dims. My area is very bright and I have trouble viewing a dim screen. I have to bring the power cord where ever the monitor is located to increase the brightness. Is there no setting to adjust this?

    Windows 10 upgrade screen dimming

    My Dell computer (all-in-one, less that one year old) came loaded with Windows 8. I partook of the Windows 10 upgrade. After it last updated (today) when I hover over a link on a webpage the screen dims. When I roll away from the link the screen goes back to full brightness. This never happened before the upgrade. Other than that everything is fine. Any suggestions?

    Recently upgraded from Windows 8.1 to 10. The screen brightness remains dim even when the brightness key is pressed, with or without the Fn key, The indicator cursor does move up and down but no effect on the brightness level.
