Windows 10: Brightness Problem

My laptop is asus tuf a15 ryzen 9 gtx 166ti 16 gb ram . When i turn on the laptop i cannot change my brightness from keyboard , so i have to go to the settings to change my brightness and after like 3 minutes i am able to change it through my keyboard. Is it because this laptop has some issue or is it because of some new windows update? I need help in fixing this

To adjust the brightness, see the steps below:

• Go back to Power Options, and tick on the High performance.
• See if you can adjust the brightness.

If this not work, we highly suggest that you create an Administrator account, and re-do the steps above.
