    Good morning. I suffer from photophobia and my eyes hurt a lot from the extreme brightness of the settings menu on my LG 24MT57D-PZ TV. I use it often because I often change the brightness and contrast parameters depending on what I'm watching or playing, and I often use the imput option to jump between devices connected to the TV, which is why the intense white bothers me a lot.     please can any one help meee? been messing around with the service menu on my LGD270WF5 but ya cant reset to default values!..please can anyone list a good set of values for an lg 27 ips? (offset,gain) I guess it varies from model to model but itd be ace to see the values of something similar as a rough guide -as I cant find a single person on the whole dang internet with the same make as me...cheers

    Brightness Control not working in Windows 10

    Hi Ella,

    To adjust the brightness, see the steps below:

    • Go back to Power Options, and tick on the High performance.
    • See if you can adjust the brightness.

    If this not work, we highly suggest that you create an Administrator account, and re-do the steps above.

    Hi,

    Some computers can let Windows automatically adjust screen brightness based on the current lighting conditions.

    To manually adjust the screen brightness, we suggest following these troubleshooting steps:

    • Click Start, then select Settings.
    • Choose System, then select Display.
    • Under Brightness and color, move the Change brightness slider to adjust the brightness.
