    Will Windows 10 bring Media Player with DVD functions


    I thought Microsoft's explanation of why they dropped DVD support from the Windows 8 - Media Player (because everyone streamed movies now days) was a little silly.

    Umm, but I wonder about all those millions upon millions of dvd's still out there and those still being sold? Maybe they might sweeten the Windows 10 pot and bring it back.

    Then again, Microsoft sometimes, reminds me of a shady politician side stepping the issues.

    Good surround sound headset

    I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue bring dvd? :p

    I suggest you to refer to the below methods and check if it helps.

    Step 1: I suggest you to run Windows Media Player DVD troubleshooter.

    Windows Media Player DVD troubleshooter find and fix problems with playing DVDs in Windows Media Player.

    Steps:

    • Press Windows key, type troubleshooting
      and select it.
    • Click on View all in the left pane.
    • Click onWindows Media Player DVD and follow the onscreen instructions.
