  1. Bring window to front without focussing on it?

I am trying to find a way to bring a program to the front of my desktop (Xbox app) without taking focus away from another window (mouse-Xbox adapter). Either that or a way to minimise windows without losing focus.

Currently I can full screen the Xbox app on my main monitor, then drag the adapter program to a second monitor and keep it active there. Obviously works, but not very convenient for a laptop.

Does anyone know of a way to do this? Thanks.

    Good surround sound headset

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue Bring window to front without focussing on it? :p
