    Brother Printer MFC-5890 CN


    The print queue shows the document for several seconds then it does not print. The queue quickly deletes the document similar to as if it had printed. Downloaded new driver. Power cycled unit. Still same problem. Recently used some EZink refilled ink cartridges for the first time, but printer worked after that, then this problem started recently.

    Brother USB 2 Printer MFC 5860 CN

    Hello

    I have an old Brother MFC 5860 CN with USB2 or lower.

    Can I still use it on my Asus TP550L with Windows 10 and USB 3.

    I think the Brother website says they do not support Apple Pro Retina, but say Windows 10 have the drivers.



    Windows 10 now says the Printer is not USB3.

    My question is: will the printer work? If so, I buy the expensive cartridges.

    Brother MFC J6720DW listed with strange icon in Devices and Printers

    I have reinstalled the drivers for my Brother MFC J6720DW and now the printer icon is listed in the unspecified category instead of the printer category. The printer is the "Device" icon to the right.

    Right clicking on the icon shows the usual items for a printer (printing properties etc.), In addition it shows a "Browse Files" entry that lists the card reader of the printer.

    To the left of the Brother printer icon there is another similar one that seems to be my USB card reader

    Brother MFC J825DW Printer is Offline


    Dangit, Microsoft has messed up my printers once again!

    My Brother MFC J825DW (Inkjet) printer won't print because Windows has set it to offline!

    My Brother MFC 7460DN (Laser) printer just trucks right along.

    Anybody know how I can get my Inkjet Brother back online?
