    For the clean install:
    1) Insert the windows 10 iso into any USB port
    2) power on the computer clicking the appropriate F key so that you can boot to boot device options.
    List of PC brands with their corresponding hot-keys
    If you have a custom computer then you will need to change the bios boot order so that the USB drive is first.
    3) You will see the Microsoft windows icon for approximately 5 minutes while the iso loads.
    4) make preference choices about language, time, currency, and keyboard
    4) click install now
    you should see set up is starting
    5) check the box to accept the license agreenment
    6) click custom: install windows only (advanced)
    7) highlight each partition and click delete
    8) once all partitions are deleted click format
    9) the drive should become an unallocated drive
    10) then install windows 10 version 1703
