Windows 10: Browser trying to access camera every time I go on certain websites

Hi,


Is it normal for access to my camera to be requested every time that I try to go certain websites ? I tried it on different browsers and it is the same result. I tried different websites as well. I went for different banking websites and after I type the website for the bank , access to my camera would be requested . When it is not that , it is ask for it for device census. I do not understand why it does that , so that's why I am asking.

Can't access certain websites in Win10

• As I understand you are unable to access certain websites, what websites are you not able to access?
• Have you logged in with a Microsoft account or a local account?

I suggest you to try the steps below and check if it helps.

• Network troubleshooter. Either search for it in the Search or run it by following the link below.

• Try a different network adapter/connection type if possible.
• Check for Windows Updates.
• Check for drivers for the network adapter.
• Open a CMD window as Administrator:
  • dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  • sfc /scannow
  • netsh winsock reset

Also try to restart the DNS service.

• Press Windows Logo Key+X. Click on Run.
• Type services.msc. Click on Ok.
• Then find DNS client. Right-click on it to Stop it and Restart it.

CANNOT ACCESS CERTAIN WEBSITES

Cant Access Certain Websites


Guys please help when I try to access audiomicro.com and igg-games.com with google chrome an error saying forbidden 403 nginx pops out I tried a lot of things clearing my cookies and caches, trying another browser, deleting the contents of my temp files, flushing my dns but nothing works some say it could be a virus so i scaned with my avast which comes out clean, I did with Norton Power Eraser as well same thing. I even renewed my host file just to make sure if that was the problem but still didnt work please help I don't know what to do. Whats weird is I can access the websites on my phone fine but not in my laptop.
